What to expect

An NHS Health Check is a quick and straightforward way to understand your overall health and identify any early signs of conditions such as heart disease, stroke, kidney disease or diabetes.

The session is delivered by trained professionals in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

Who it’s for

You may be eligible if you:

• Are aged 40–74

• Do not have an existing condition such as heart disease

• Have not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years
