These are relaxed, friendly sessions designed to help you feel welcome, connected and supported. Whether you’d like to try something new, meet people, or simply take some time for yourself, there’s something here for you.
Most sessions are free or low-cost, and many are drop-in—so you can just turn up. Where booking is needed, details are clearly listed.
You’re also very welcome to come along for a hot drink and a chat, even if you don’t want to join in an activity. There’s no pressure, we are a relaxed space to be around others.
