A community garden for growing, connecting and spending time outdoors.

Cornerstone Patch is our community garden, and just a short walk from our Hub. It’s a welcoming outdoor space where people of all ages grow food, learn new skills, meet others, volunteer, and connect with nature.

What happens at the Patch?
