Living with coeliac disease can sometimes feel a bit isolating, especially when you're the only one checking labels, panicking at meals out or asking about gluten-free options.
That's why we're hosting a relaxed get-together at The Power House. This is a chance to chat with other people living with coeliac disease, swap ideas and best finds, share recipes, and enjoy a cuppa together.
There's no agenda and no pressure, it’s a chance to be social in a welcoming space.
