Make some space for your Wellbeing

Sometimes making time for yourself is the first step towards feeling a little better.

At The Power House, we believe creativity and connection can make a real difference to how we feel. Whether it's trying something new, meeting people or simply taking a break from everyday pressures, a little time for yourself can go a long way.

Thanks to new funding from NHS Dorset through Dorset Community Foundation, we're expanding our Whole-istic Wellbeing programme, offering more opportunities for local people to explore creativity and support their wellbeing.
