Happy Birthday Elizabeth!

We love celebrating people, we love celebrating birthdays, and we love celebrating Elizabeth!

Elizabeth volunteered at Hamworthy Library for 10 years, and formed a beautiful friendship with one of the librarians, Penny. When we were holding our Thrive Sessions at Hamworthy Library, Penny suggested that our sessions could be perfect for Elizabeth, as she loves creative arts activities, and the art group she used to attend in Parkstone had stopped.

Every week, Elizabeth has caught two buses to get to us. And followed our journey of getting the hub keys with nearly as much excitement as us. We supported her transition to the new space, empowering her to overcome fear.

And now we are supporting Elizabeth as she and her fiancée Kevin have been served notice on their home as owners want it back to refurb and sell. Both have additional needs, and it has been a very worrying time.
