"Whole-istic Wellbeing" Funded by LHC Procurement Group in association with Locality
Thanks to a nomination by BCP Council’s Head of Communities, Cat McMillan, The Power House submitted an application to LHC Procurement Group Community Benefit Fund, in association with Locality.
We are delighted that our new “Whole-istic Wellbeing” pilot project has received £5000. This will fund Creative Wellbeing Sessions with Rachel Huggett, and provide a bursary for low-cost Counselling and Sports Therapeutic Massage sessions with Mim Good in our soon to be installed Snug.
The Snug is being installed in January thanks to BCP Council’s Thriving Communities funding through Dorset Community Foundation.
We’ll announce this project in due course. Keep an eye on our socials, website, and newsletter for further information regarding the new sessions.
This award gives us a hattrick of successful grant applications submitted in October. Thank you to The Power House trustees for holding the Hub Fort to enable the applications to be submitted. Your time was worth it!
